As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know what to expect but Greg has been a phenomenal asset and fantastic realtor. He’s responsive, punctual, and personable. He always took the time to explain each step of the process clearly to me. If I ever had a question or concern, I knew I could talk to Greg and he’d have an answer. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that I had all the info I needed and that the sale was moving smoothly without issue. He would even check in regularly just to make sure I felt supported throughout the whole process. I would recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy a home!

I am selling my home in Colorado Springs. This is the fifth time I have used Greg as my realtor. I feel really comfortable, Greg is always very quick to respond to my questions and easy going. he is very knowledgeable and I love working with him.

Greg helped us find our home in Colorado Springs after moving here from South Florida. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and cared enough to make the hour drive from Denver several times a week even if it was to show us one house. After going under contract he was able to negotiate an inspection resolution that worked out well in our favor despite having a timeframe that was much shorter than usual since we closed in three weeks and made the entire process leading up to our closing as smooth as possible. Aside from house hunting Greg is a very pleasant person to spend time with and was more than willing to make recommendations on places to eat, hike, visit, etc. I highly recommend him.

It was complete luck that I found Greg Livingston, and I am SO grateful. He worked so hard for us there aren't words... and we were able to find a great home. He is extremely knowledgeable with all facets, very friendly, great guy. In this market, things were insane, and Greg got us through it.

Having been in the residential mortgage business for 30+ years, I have had lots of interactions with real estate agents over the years. Unfortunately, there are many real estate agents who are not a true advocate for their client, do not know the business or local market and do not earn their pay. I’m here to say, Greg Livingston earns his pay! Laura Robertson, a friend and top realtor in Dallas sold our home in Allen, TX referred us to Greg Livingston , a top realtor in the Denver area. We weren’t sure where we wanted to buy or even if we wanted to buy. Greg knew this upfront, but never made us feel like we were wasting his time. It took us three years to find a home, first looking in Aurora/Centennial area, then in the Foothills. Greg was gracious about the commute to the foothills to show homes, saying he loved to get to the mountains. And when push came to shove because our landlords were moving into our rental, it was game on for Greg. Greg is knowledgeable in property features, knows where to focus concern, how to negotiate and as important, how to make the transaction to go as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for a realtor that will work for you, Greg should be your first choice. P.S. Greg hit it out of the ballpark for me the first day I met him. We've worked with Greg twice now (once a few years ago to purchase our first home and again recently to both purchase and sell). In both cases, our chances were slim to none to get the home we wanted, and in both cases he made it happen! He makes the process as easy and stress-free as possible and is an absolute pleasure to work with. A lot of successful REALTORS lose their willingness to do the little things as they become successful, not Greg. Heck, he drove to my new house and was going to re-program the garage door opener code for me. He is well connected and a great help getting things done after the sale as well. Lastly, he figured out my communication and working style quickly and adapted to it. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to family or friends.

Utilized Greg to sell my property. I was never closer than a 12 hour flight, and despite some late night phone calls for me, Greg went above and beyond. The house needed new carpets, complete interior paint, and wood floors redone (the property had been a rental for years). He set all of this up, paid some in advance and worked with contractors to ensure it was done properly before we listed. He was able to get top dollar in the sale! Greatly appreciate his efforts, and very happy he was trustworthy as I was so far away overseas (active Military). Shout out to his assistant Michelle for doing tons of legwork in the whole process and promptly respnding to all questions.
